How to Request a Return

2. Share a clear photo or video of the issue as proof.
3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
• Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.
